Who you’re actually talking to
Fast Property Solutions LLC is a small, locally operated real estate investment company working in the Phoenix metro. Not a national lead broker, not a call center, and not a marketing shell that sells your information to the highest bidder.
Why we built the site this way
Search “stop foreclosure Phoenix” and you’ll find a wall of near-identical pages shouting about acting now. Very few of them will tell you what your actual options are, because explaining that some of those options don’t involve the company you’re reading about is bad for conversion rates.
We took a different view. Homeowners in default are getting circled by people hoping they’re too stressed to ask questions, and the industry has earned its reputation honestly. We’d rather be the company that laid it out straight — including the parts that cost us deals — and be the name someone passes along later.
Practically, that means: if you have equity and time, we’ll tell you to list it. If your lender will modify the loan, we’ll tell you to take that call. If bankruptcy protects you better than a sale, we’ll tell you to go see an attorney. We only want the deals where we’re genuinely the best option available to you.
How we work
We buy with our own funds. When we say we can close, we can close — we’re not shopping your contract to a list of other buyers hoping someone bites.
We use local title companies. Every transaction closes through a neutral third party that verifies title and handles the money. You’re never wiring funds to us or signing anything outside of escrow.
We don’t sell your information. What you tell us stays with us. You won’t start getting calls from six other companies because you filled out our form.
We don’t do pressure. No exploding offers that expire tonight, no “my partner will only approve this today.” If an offer is fair on Tuesday it’s fair on Friday.
What we are not
We’re not attorneys, licensed housing counselors, credit repair specialists, or a government program. We can’t give you legal advice, negotiate with your lender on your behalf, or promise a particular outcome with your servicer.
What we can do is buy your house quickly and fairly if that’s the right move, and help you understand the landscape well enough to make a good decision if it isn’t. For anything in the first list, we’ll point you to people who actually do it — including free HUD-approved counselors at 800-569-4287.
Not sure where you stand?
Tell us what’s going on and we’ll help you understand your options — with no cost, no obligation, and no pressure to sell to anyone, including us.
